Search the Library Catalog with relevant keywords or subject terms to find books and ebooks owned by UHCL, UH, and UH Downtown libraries, or use the search box on the library homepage:

Library homepage search box for Library Catalog

If you're using one of the library's subject research guides, find the Catalog and additional resources on the guide's Books & Ebooks tab.

When UHCL lacks a book that's available at UH or UHD, use the Catalog's Request feature to have it delivered here or to UHCL Pearland Campus.

To identify books not found in the Catalog, try searching WorldCat database, and then submit a Book Request through ILLiad Interlibrary Loan. For ebooks, you also can search any of the following databases directly: Ebook Collection (EBSCOhost), Ebrary, PsycBOOKS (psychology), or Wiley Online Library.

If you're not finding what you need, please consult a research librarian.
