Books, journals or DVD's can be donated to the library by bringing them to the Research Consultation Desk.  The library cannot accept donations of videotapes or audiocassettes.

You will be asked to complete a Donation Agreement form and will receive an official acknowledgement letter in the mail unless you indicate you don't want one.

If you have rare or valuable items, please discuss this with us (281-283-3910) before bringing the donation to the library.

The Neumann Library is unable to pick up donations.  If you make arrangements in advance, we will be able to assist you by transferring boxes from your car. Please make such arrangements with David Palmer (281-283-3905, palmerd@uhcl.edu).

Please notify us in advance if you have a large quantity (100+) of books to donate.

If you're interested in donating materials to the NASA/JSC History Collection or to the UHCL Archives, please contact the University Archivist Lauren Meyers (281-283-3936, meyersl@uhcl.edu).
