Use the Boolean or logical operator "NOT" to narrow your search and exclude a term from your results.
- titanic not motion picture
- martin luther not king
- python not monty
Use "NOT" with caution as it sometimes excludes records that would be helpful. "NOT" can be used in most research databases and OneSearch. In the Library Catalog, use "AND NOT".
