Some ebooks have unlimited access, but others may be limited to a certain number of copies, which can vary by title.  If you receive an "in use" message, this means another library user is currently viewing the ebook. Like physical books, when an ebook is checked out or being viewed by another user, it is unavailable for others to view. If you receive an "in use" message, try accessing the ebook again after 30 minutes.
